This Privacy Policy applies to the Sliding application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by Giuliano (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service.

1. Children’s Privacy & COPPA/GDPR Compliance

The Application is designed for a family audience, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy very seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information (PII) from children or any other users.

All third-party services used in the app are configured to filter content and disable behavioral advertising for child users.

The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or game data from users. You can play the game completely offline without creating an account or providing any personal information. To enable game functionality (such as showing advertisements and processing the optional ad-removal purchase), certified third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may automatically process basic, non-personal technical data. This technical information includes:

Anonymized IP addresses (for loading ads).

Basic device information (device model and operating system version).

This data is processed directly and securely by the third-party service providers. The Service Provider has no access to this data and does not store it.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Application uses certified third-party SDKs to provide advertisements and process transactions. These services are configured to comply with Google Play’s Families Policy:

Unity Ads: Configured in "Child-Directed" mode to ensure only age-appropriate ads are shown.

Google Play Services: Used for basic game services and integration.

We recommend reviewing their respective Privacy Policies on their official websites.

4. In-App Purchases

The Application offers a digital purchase to "Remove Ads." This transaction is handled exclusively by the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial information. For users under 13, we recommend that parents oversee any transaction.

5. Data Security

Since the Service Provider does not collect or store user data, there is no personal data database to secure. However, we ensure that the third-party services integrated into the app use industry-standard measures to safeguard the technical data they process.
