This Privacy Policy applies to the Labyrinth application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by Giuliano (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service.

1. Children’s Privacy & COPPA/GDPR Compliance

The Application is designed for a family audience, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy very seriously and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information (PII) from children.

All third-party services used in the app are configured to filter content and disable behavioral advertising for child users.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects certain non-personal information automatically to ensure the game works correctly and to improve user experience. This data includes: Anonymized IP addresses.

Device information (model, operating system version).

Game performance data (levels completed, time spent in the app).

This data is used solely for "internal operations" as permitted by children’s privacy laws.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Application uses certified third-party SDKs to provide advertisements and analytics. These services are configured to be compliant with Google Play’s Families Policy:

Unity Ads: Configured in "Child-Directed" mode to ensure only age-appropriate ads are shown.

Google Play Services: Used for game features and basic analytics.

We recommend reviewing their respective Privacy Policies on their official websites.

4. In-App Purchases

The Application offers a digital purchase to "Remove Ads." This transaction is handled exclusively by the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial information. For users under 13, we recommend that parents oversee any transaction.

5. Data Retention and Security

The Service Provider implements appropriate physical and electronic measures to safeguard the anonymous information collected. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the internal operations of the Application.
