Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Memory Classic Kids application ("the Application"), developed by Giuliano ("the Provider") and distributed as a paid product for mobile devices.

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before use.

Use of the Application

The Application is designed to provide a safe and child-friendly environment and operates entirely offline.

It is strictly prohibited to:

copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Application or any part thereof;

extract or attempt to obtain the source code;

create derivative works based on the Application;

use the Application in an illegal or inappropriate manner.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and assets, remain the property of the Provider.

No ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking

To ensure a safe experience for children:

No advertising

No in-app purchases

No data collection (personal or non-personal)

No external links

No analytics, tracking tools, or online communication

The Application works completely offline and does not send data to external servers.

Third-party services

The Kids version of the Application does not use third-party services that collect or process user data, including:

Google Play Services (beyond minimum system-level functions)

Firebase

Unity Analytics

Advertising SDKs

User Responsibilities

You (or your parent/guardian) are responsible for:

maintaining the security of your device;

avoiding actions such as jailbreaking or rooting your device, as they may compromise its stability and security.

Because the Application is offline, it does not use mobile data or Wi-Fi.

Limitation of Liability

The Provider cannot be held responsible for:

device malfunctions;

problems caused by modified or unsupported operating systems;

loss of local progress or game data due to device resets or uninstallations;

improper use of the Application.

The Application is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or freedom from technical problems.

Updates

The Provider may release updates to improve performance, stability, or visual quality.

Updates are optional; however, some features may no longer function properly on older versions.

Application Discontinuation

The Provider reserves the right to discontinue development or distribution of the Application.

In such cases, users will be notified with reasonable notice via the App Store page.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated to comply with legal requirements or to improve user security.

The last revision date will always be displayed on this page.
